agentpathx offers live or recorded training sessions on AI agent topics. Each session is tailored to areas such as tool use, guardrails, monitoring, or handoff design.

3.1 Fees and Scheduling

Fees for services are charged upon booking. You may reschedule a session by notifying us at least 7 days before the original date. Requests made within 7 days of the session date may be subject to additional review.

3.2 Refund Policy for Services

If you cancel a booked session at least 14 days prior to its scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and planning.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days of accepting the cancellation request.

4. Digital Content

agentpathx provides infoproducts such as video courses, e-guides, and templates related to AI agent training.

4.1 Access and Delivery

Digital content is accessible immediately after purchase. You will receive login details or download links to access the materials.

4.2 Refund Policy for Digital Content

Due to the nature of instant delivery and access, purchases of digital content are final and not eligible for refund. Please review the product description carefully before purchase.

5. Goods

agentpathx may offer physical goods such as printed manuals or branded merchandise.

5.1 Shipping and Handling

Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at purchase.

5.2 Refund Policy for Goods

You may request a refund for physical goods within 14 days of receipt if the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a refund, contact us with your order details.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
